- PMpaige martin3 days ago1.0I ordered the Dubai chocolate ice cream sundae and it’s supposed to have the new pistachio chocolate bar ice cream in it. Instead of telling us they were out, she charged me full price ($12 for a sundae) and gave me the pistachio almond icecream that they always have. When I asked about it, she said they were out and I can go to another location for it. After I already paid. Worst $24 I’ve spent we didn’t even eat it.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
