We arrived ten seconds after another young lady and three other ladies arrived shortly after us. The lady ahead of us ordered and once her order was ready and she paid to leave a 2nd staff member come into the shop from the back office. She promptly announced the store was now officially closed, turned off the main lights and the five of us filed out. The whole time she could have been in the store to get orders and make more money for the franchise…losing out on five costumers. I came to this shop on another occasion, also just before closing time, I remember it was 9:57 and was with my daughter and her friend and the staff member quickly came to the entry to lock the door to indicate the store was closed and made sure we felt unwelcome. They have good ice cream but terrible vibe with the norm to act like the customer should feel bad. If you are in the area, better off to spend your money at Flower & Cream, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Insomnia cookies, Crave Cupcake or Celebrity Cupcake.

We didn’t even want to get anything anymore; we just did because another worker took over her seeing her unnecessary frustration and attitude towards us.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
