- KDKelsey DumbaFeb 23, 20252.0*Getting 2-Stars ONLY because their icecream is good* Their customer service, not so much... I placed an order on the Doordash app for pickup. I watched as the employee made the order. As the employee went to hand me the bag I asked her about two of the flavors she had scooped, as they were not varieties I had ordered. She explained that they were out of those flavors. I then asked, "So, were you just not going to tell me?" To which she replied, "I thought this was just a doordash order..." I responded, "That shouldn't make a difference." They were very slow. I can see why with an attitude like that.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
