All of our ice cream is made using real milk. Since whey is a derivative of real milk, our ice creams contain whey. For whey-free options, try our non-dairy sorbets or ices, and frozen desserts.

Order your fave treats – like scoops, sundaes, beverages, and more – for pick up in as little as 15 minutes. Planning ahead? Our fully customized cakes take at least 24 hours to create. Pickup times may vary by shop. Need one sooner? Call or visit your favorite shop and choose from a variety of cakes available for immediate pick-up.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily. Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members. Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.

To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
