I showed a pic of a cake I was looking for and the cashier took the pic and asked the decorator if it could be made. I was told the decorator is an expert and she can easily make the cake. I went to pick up the cake and it was plain cake with no decorations on it. The icing was done so horribly, it looked like as if a child did it. Colors were overlapping. I speak with the decorator on the phone and she said, I called u week ago and told u I dont have a pink color thats in the pic. To which I replied, yes you told me that and I asked u to use any other color of red but make sure to decorate the top. All she would say was, that's the best I could do. The cashier offered me refund but I refused and ask them to give me the icing and i will decorate the cake myself. I ended up decorating thr cake myself and left super upset. No one from the store ever called to apologize. Poor customet service and I am never returning to that store for cakes EVER

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
