- IGI GJul 23, 20251.0If YOU HATE YOUR JOB DON’T WORK HERE!!! I went today to get my favorite ice cream it was 9:15pm and I am very upset at the nasty service the employees here give their customers. One of the employees was mopping and placing the chairs upside down. Employee couldn’t wait for us to order our ice cream before sweeping and throwing the dust at us. I felt very uncomfortable like my money did not matter. We couldn’t sit-down to enjoy our ice cream. It was a horrible experience, I hope you retrain your employees or get new employees because the way I see it I could spend my money elsewhere. The male employee kept mad dogging me, he needs to chill or you’re no longer going to have customers. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Also it very dark in the parking area no light, no light up sign and if your going to lock up at 9:20pm please make sure to post that on your business hours because your not closing at 10pm. I will not be returning, i do hope there is a changer for other customers.

We ordered two Oreo shakes in the drive thru and they came out super watery. We came back around to get a refund from them and the girl working today said that she hasn’t been trained on how to do refunds and that the shakes are made following the recipe. We pressed and after some time she offered to remake them and told us to throw away the watery ones.They came out thick the second time, turns out they had skimped on the ice cream. She gives us the new shakes and made sure to tell us that she is not supposed to remake messed up drinks. Never coming here again because I can get stuck with nasty drinks essentially. I’ll go to sonic okay thanks bye.

Also the shake itself had plenty of cookies, the consistency was perfect for shake. Not too liquidity or solid but just right. The flavor reminded me of Blue bell although it is Baskin's brand. Over all the shake I give a 9.5. Only because I like a touch of chocolate syrup with my cookies and cream shake. I'm definitely coming back again! Highly recommend!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
