I went today to get my favorite ice cream it was 9:15pm and I am very upset at the nasty service the employees here give their customers. One of the employees was mopping and placing the chairs upside down. Employee couldn’t wait for us to order our ice cream before sweeping and throwing the dust at us. I felt very uncomfortable like my money did not matter. We couldn’t sit-down to enjoy our ice cream. It was a horrible experience, I hope you retrain your employees or get new employees because the way I see it I could spend my money elsewhere. The male employee kept mad dogging me, he needs to chill or you’re no longer going to have customers. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Also it very dark in the parking area no light, no light up sign and if your going to lock up at 9:20pm please make sure to post that on your business hours because your not closing at 10pm. I will not be returning, i do hope there is a changer for other customers.

I am truly disappointed and will continue to drive a little farther to my usual location.

There were girls with long hair that wasn't up in a bun and they lil pretty blonde and brunette tresses was head first in the cooler. I sent and email to corporate that this wasn't ok - No response. I couldn't resist the urge to go again (crazy I know but new places deserve 2nd chances) - this time in the drive thru. This time the guy said they didn't have medium shakes. Hmmmmmm okkk are u outta cups. No we don't have medium. Ahjajajaja just gimme a small. 3rd chance and it was another strike. First we stood there 10 mins and wasn't so much as greeted like "Welcome to Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts". Finally ordered my shake and this time. Oh they don't come with whipped cream.... Sooooo I wasn't introduced to BR today and never ever been told I "had" to get cold brew instead of whipped cream. Not to mention they only have 24 of the 31 flavors and No cookies and cream.. Being new and not knowing how everything works is acceptable BUT it doesn't cost anything to be Nice and Friendly - that thing you're hired to do. None of that exists here. BK/DD y'all need to do better with this one. Business will be poppn whether I ever go here again I'm sure but my review is here none the less

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
