  I ordered on Uber Eats app. All my food was cold (burger, fries, turnover). The burger was cold & dry. I didn't want lettuce, onion or pickles, but it all was on my burger. I ordered a shake & was told they don't have shakes. Sadly I ordered a large order of crinkle fries. They were cold. What a waste. I don't like burgers or fries heated in the microwave. Waste of money. I won't make the mistake of ordering from Arby's again.

  Arrived at 1053pm on a Saturday night in the drive thru. It's open until 12 per the hours posted, lights on and workers being inside. I waited 5 to 7 minutes at the speaker box, calling out with zero response. Drove by and some lady was just in there doing nothing. Obviously not working.

  My husband picked up a roast beef sandwich and chicken sandwich 45 minutes ago. The roast beef sandwich was okay, however the chicken sandwich was burnt and dried out. I looks like it was refried at some point and had been sitting for a while. Due to time constraints, i took some bites and hope I don't get sick. Golden rule, if you wouldn't eat it, please don't serve it to your customers.
