  I had my first 7Brew drink in South Carolina so when I heard they were coming to Houston, I was so pumped! Not to mention, there’s one now on my way to work. I, obviously, love their drinks and their staff is always so friendly and kind. The service is super quick. Highly recommend!

  Great service, staff, area, people. My favorite place!! I love the environment. The music never fails to be spot on. Drinks are always made to perfection. They have great communication skills. I'd also mention, I'm a person who likes to try new drinks. I've asked many times for recommendations and honestly not once have they failed me. Let's not forget timing, they are very quick with making and giving you drinks. They don't keep you waiting for long. I love that they hold great conversations with you! I definitely recommend this place/location. I don't live by but every time I pass by I always have to my drinks and I also drive out of my way to go here! If I could id definitely rate more than just 5 stars. Love it here! Highly recommend!!!

  I’m honestly very disappointed. I waited seven minutes for ONE single drink, and the place wasn’t even that chaotic. There were multiple employees just standing around doing nothing. I understand that some of them may only be cashiers, but if you can clearly see your location getting busy, why not step in and help? Teamwork makes a difference, especially when customers are waiting. It’s unbelievable to have to wait that long for just one drink. Management really needs to work on efficiency and staff coordination. Customers shouldn’t feel ignored while employees stand around. Very frustrating experience

  I am a Starbucks person and was only going because my mom loves 7 brews - the gentleman heard me say “mom I’ll pay for your coffee” and he’s like “you don’t want anything” and I’m like I tried It and didn’t like It - the young man asked me what I usually get at Starbucks- and he explained to me what kind of coffee I could get and told me since I’m not sure you’ll like It and I’m seeing act of kindness - we will gift you this coffee - AND SO HE NAILED THE COFFEE AND ILL BE BACK! I wish I knew the guys name - he’s an African American with dreads …

  I just wanna start off by saying that when I saw this place open I was hoping that it was going to be better than Starbucks because Starbucks usually takes my money and I have been very upset with their service and just the quality and the prices that I spend at Starbucks so I wanted to try a new place and I’m so happy that I tried them out because I’ve been so happy with their service. Their communication is always on point and the at atmosphere is just amazing but not to mention the drinks. Oh my God as soon as I taste at their coffee, they had me running back to get some more and then it became my everyday place then I started taking my kids and they were very jealous that I didn’t take them in the first place, but I told him this is my spot so mom has to have her own place as well and this is mommy‘s time lol I definitely recommend for you guys to come and try them out at least try it out one time and I promise you you will not regret it. 🤗🤗🤗🤗 Oh, and I forgot to mention I really don’t know how to order specific drinks, but I started looking some up on TikTok and I love the fact that the staff members told me not to worry about that that I can just let them know what I like and they started helping me out giving me options and what to try and I love it because everything they told me to try out I just fell in love with in my drink and I feel like a pro now when I order coffee lol
