First time trying the establishment to order a medium blondie milkshake. Upon arrival, two females ignore to take my order while they were having a conversation with one another. While I was sitting right in front of them, I waved to be served and leave. Finally a male server approach me to take my order, I told the male server what I wanted. He came out with a coffee version of what I order and was confused why he gave me coffee instead of a milkshake. I was clear and direct with proof from the website of the flavors of milkshake options. He assist to remake it but this time it tasted like a vanilla milkshake. They need to do better with following directions and customer service skills.

Ordered a large they gave us a medium when we ask to change to large because that’s what it was supposed to be the guy shrug and said he didn’t know how to do that - I love the place but he should stay in the kitchen so we won’t be going back to this location

Great place! If you go, you MUST ASK FOR KATE!!!! she is the absolute best person there. She is amazing, super sweet, and she will make crazy drinks beyond the menu. She's the reason I keep coming!

My first time in this location and didn't realize the special going on until I got closer to the pickup window after I had paid I asked if get that special instead.. They said no 👎

I had a really disappointing experience at the drive through with a young white lady with black hair. The employee who took my order was extremely disrespectful and had a rude attitude from the start. I was polite and just trying to place my order, but she spoke to me sharply, rushed me, and acted smart with me for no reason. Customer service like this makes people not want to come back. Management really needs to address how customers are treated.
