The top to the cup was not put on correctly at all because the other hot drink I handed to my sister first had no issues. Also, it happened right next to the barista and she just walked away and did not check on me or show any concern whatsoever regarding the matter. Now I have a pretty good burn to my hand because of it.

We were there celebrating my sister’s birthday, and Nina truly made it extra special. Being from the South, I tried the strawberry peach green tea and it was AMAZING. I’m officially calling it “The Nina Special.” Her service was top-tier, friendly, and genuine. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Nina!

Tried it before leaving and asked for extra toasted marshmallow and the supervisor came out and said it was an extra charge even though I ordered it extra sweet. Not great customer service.
