  Staff here are not able to focus or keep up. Systems and communication is broken at this location. They always get your order wrong and even forget to get you your food or even make it at all.

  Great experience at this location. I wish I had taken notice to the cashier's name because he was very friendly and helpful. I'm glad that my girlfriend noticed that we were living right down the street.

  This was very amazing my food was great I ordered on the website because I don't like wait but I should make it inside there are very friendly and my food was ready next time I will order instead I love this hot honey breakfast sandwich was delicious

  Talk about incompetence and rudeness at this location. 3 person behind the counter and only one customer in front of the register, only 3 people in already sitting and eating on the tables. I waited in front of the bagel display for 7 8 minutes while all of them saw me, not even one acknowledged me or made an eye contact. Unbelievable! I walked out without making any purchase and won’t be going back again.

  Einstein’s bagels is garbage. It’s like they try to make the worst bagel possible. Anyone who’s ever had a good bagel would understand. Anyone from the East Coast would totally understand. Just try it. You will understand. Terrible all around. I’d rather eat a frozen bagel from the grocery store. *** I updated my review. I am not going to remove my review just because the business responded. How about actually make a good bagel first??? Ridiculous generic copied and pasted response.
