- DMDiana Morales2 days ago4.0Fresh bagels order 2 baker dozen doesn't come with 13 bagels as it says on site. One of the cheese bagel had a hair on it. Not all Einstein Bros are the same. This one is a 24hr. I paid over $100 plus tip for 2 bagel dozen 1 jalapeño and 1 everything bagel. I guess that's what I get for going to a 24hr in downtown. Over service all in Einstein Bros was nice but calling through Hyatt Regency they act like they can't transfer you. That's how I placed my order and that's how they called me to notify my order is ready.

I asked when would they possibly have them... maybe hoping for a time frame so I could come back. They said "we dont know, we dont know when we're gonna bake them. Sorry". Yeah great way to run a business.

- CCCrisFeb 15, 20265.0Get a blueberry bagel with strawberry shmear and a caramel cold brew coffee! The bagel was perfectly toasted with plenty of shmear, and the coffee is a nicely blended delicious coffee that in my humble opinion beats *bucks bitter coffee a million to one!
