  Horrible service, order ahead and they don’t start your order till you get there to pick it up, mind you after the app give you a pick up time. Well more like the time they will start doing it. May as well just get into the drive thru

  I went in today April 18th at 6:16pm the man taking my order was really rude just had a bad attitude when I was ordering I’ve never experienced this at any Dutch bro locations , I pull up to the window got my drink and paid extra for soft top and burly had any added ….i asked to get a little on the side and they said I had to pay extra even tho I already payed extra and I understand that isn’t the the workers issue but I just thought it was ridiculous but my whole experience was initially ruined because of the first worker taking my order

  The drink was great, but the wait time is ridiculous. Like others have said, when you order it via the app, you’re doing it so it’s ready by the estimated time they give you. It would be ok if it was a few minutes after, but you’re looking at a wait time of at least 10-15 minutes over the estimated time. Even when it’s not busy or like in our case we went at like 6pm - it wasn’t a prime time like during the morning rush. Also, there was hardly anyone there.

  The drive through in the morning is absolutely ridiculous. They should have someone coming OUT of the building to deliver drinks after your order is placed in order to move the line quicker. 20 cars in line on a Tuesday morning is insane. They are either severely understaffed or need a better system. I will never come here again. I’m stuck in line otherwise I would have left.

  I like their coffee , however, I can’t said the same about their service. I don’t get the point of ordering ahead and getting a pick up time, when every single time you would get there and they would not have your order ready, might as well order in the drive thru. I pick this location because it’s on the way to my job, from my house to pick up it’s a twenty minute drive, I always order before leaving my house, and every single time I have to wait more than 15+ minutes because it seems like they start the order the minute you get there to pick up, and every single time it make me be late to work, if I’m choosing to order ahead it’s because I spect my coffee to be ahead-and don’t get me wrong, i understand that sometimes they have rush hours, but this is something that has happened even when the drive thru is empty.
