- GRgaby rMar 5, 20261.0I usually donât write reviews, but I felt like sharing my experience at Dutch Bros yesterday around 7 PM. There were two employees working the window. One of them took my order, and when I told him to have a great day, he didnât respond. When I pulled up to the window, another employee was finishing one of the two drinks I ordered and said, âBe right back before I blow my brains out.â That comment made me feel uncomfortable and honestly made me feel bad for even ordering. When he finished making my second drink, he handed it to me and said âhere you goâ with an attitude. I said thank you, but he didnât respond or acknowledge it. Overall, the customer service wasnât great and the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the team can work on improving how they interact with customers.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch FreezeÂź is a blended coffee drink!

Can I buy stickers?
Weâre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itâs easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereâs no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youâll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youâd like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenât able to take drink orders over the phone, but weâre excited to serve you! Donât let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
