Her positive energy was contagious and her customer service was impressive. She really made my day. She reminded me that there are still good people in this world. Thank you Ms. Adrianna!
- LMlexa mApr 14, 20261.0i woke up an hour early just to stop by for a drink at 5:30am. there was 4 people in front of me but i had gotten there around 40 mins before i had to go to work so it wasn’t much of an issue, but the 4 people ended up taking around 20 mins each to get their order. i had to pull off and head to work by the 3rd person because it ended up taking way longer than it should’ve. wasted my time and gas

Not only was I satisfied with my drink but I also had a great conversation with kailin as she made my drink while also getting a few chuckles out of me. She showed great hospitality and excellent customer service 10/10!!.

Kaylin never fails to make the best drinks for me after a long day of work! Her barista experience is something to talk about as she knows and remembers which flavors I like the most, this place is amazing and I 100% recommend it, for those that haven’t been there you guys are missing out!

My office orders from Dutch all the time and usually we understand a big online order may have some hiccups. An assistant got sent personally with a written list of the order. Not only was the girl taking our order rude but we also ensured she had 10 drinks on order.. and she did not. Upon going up to the window they did nothing to rectify the situation… we ordered on a company card and ended up paying for a drink out of pocket. Simply sad.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
