- JWJantay WilliamsMar 28, 20261.0I asked for a medium drink … $5.29 and a $2 wrap… and they told me my total is $12.75… tried to gaslight me at the window saying that $12 is the correct total for a FIVE dollar drink and a TWO dollar wrap.. last time i checked $5.29+$2.99=$8.28 how my total end up $12.75? $4 isn’t a big deal… but don’t overcharge me and then try to tell me i’m wrong when i call you out on it…. smh. they must be adding extras onto the order to charge customers more. shady business

We told the person at the drive thru about the QR Code and she acted like she didn’t know what we are talking about. I even showed the QR Code. I explained it to her a couple of times and still acted like didn’t understand what we are talking about.
