I am extremely disappointed with my experience on April 1, 2026. I stopped by to get a cup of coffee, something I do every single day without fail.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru around 11:00 AM, I was informed that because they were “slammed,” they were only accepting DoorDash orders at that time. At first, I genuinely thought it was a joke—but it quickly became clear that it wasn’t.
As a loyal, daily customer, I found this completely unacceptable. Turning away in-person customers in favor of delivery orders is both frustrating and inconvenient. I was then forced to drive to another location on 249 and Spring Cypress, despite this location being much closer and part of my normal routine.
This experience was disappointing and left a very negative impression. I hope this situation is addressed so that loyal customers are not turned away in the future
This place is another one of Ghouse Hamid's aka Ghouse Muhammad's aka Maqsood Hamid's hangouts. Most likely owned by him as a franchisee.
I noticed some of the same workers in here as the ones that used to work for Ghouse, when I used to work for him at his Smoothie King Locations.
On March 6th, 2026, I walked into this Dunkin' location in the evening and I saw one of my old time co-workers, from Ghouse's other Businesses.
I went in and bought a Coffee. Then I proceeded to use their Free WiFi, as I got some important work and studies done.
Then I bought another cup of Coffee, as I could've used the Boost of energy.
By the time I was almost done, it was almost time for the store to close. The clerk let me know that the store would be closing soon.
So I respectfully acknowledged his request, got my studies together, and left.
Ghouse was notified of my Arrival. Hard to not find out that The Baba Yaga is Back in Town.
Ghouse, knowing that if I do something, I do it with diligence. Even if it means drinking Coffee at the same location at the same times, Or praying at certain times, decided to play a game. "Let's lock the doors on him.
And so the next day, around the same time in the evening, it was raining out loud. And I was getting done for the day. So I decided to go back to this store location again, to get some coffee to enjoy, and get some work done.
It was not a smile that I was met with, nor anyone holding the Doors open for me, like the Angels will do so, for me as I Enter Heaven.
It was a locked front door, an ex-coworker who could no longer look me in the eye, due to the feeling of guilt which consumed him for having to carry out his Boss's orders against me. Like if an executioner was asked to behead his middle school Best Friend, knowing full and well that the man is an innocent, Honest, and upright man.
"He must not be let into this store, and neither must he be allowed to use our semi-expensive half leather seats." "Yes, Sah! Your miserly wish is my generous command." That's probably how that conversation went.
I was served Coffee. But I was served coffee through the Drive-Thru window. Which is funny because I did not have a car. Not a bike, nor motorcycle. I was just walking through that part of town, in need of Coffee.
Like Clint Eastwood, Saving Nuns in the Desert. Like Hazrat Musa (AS) saving random Women in the Desert also.
And so I was forced to walk. Through the winter-storm. With a sad looking cup of Dunkin' Donuts coffee in my hands.
I wanted to "SIT DOWN" and enjoy that cup of Coffee inside that cafe, with a SMILE on my face. But Alas, I was forsaken of my DESIRE to do such.
I was deeply saddened by this treatment.
Now I am thinking that it may be worth it to pay 3 TIMES more the price, for the same sized cup of Coffee down the street, at the over-priced Starbucks Cafe.
Because to some people, Respect is more Important.
I sat inside that Starbucks as I wrote this Review, right before buying that Cup of Sweet Coffee.
