  When I walked in to pick up a doordash order I was totally ignored except for one lovely young lady named Audrey. She greeted me as I walked in and she was cleaning up around the restaurant. So I stood there for a moment. No acknowledgment. So I went back to her and said since you are the only one acknowledging me would you please check on this order she did and they got it out to me with not a word. Audrey then told me to have a nice day. She needs to be running this place, not the other folks. Give this sweet girl a raise.

  I've been here about 4 times and today I was disappointed. I usually go in for a Shakin' Espresso (not the brown sugar one) with Skim milk, 3 toasted almond, and 2 splenda. No sweetened flavors because of my family history of diabetes. I had to go inside and ask them to make it again and one of the workers making the coffee had a bad attitude. They did not initially tell me they had no skim milk and opted for the oatmilk without my knowledge. The rest of the workers were very sweet and remade it twice but still added brown sugar syrup. I just took defeat for the day. Again, workers were very sweet to make it twice besides the one lady with attitude. I just hope they tell me they have no skim milk.

  I’ve been here a few times and usually the service is ok. Today it was awful. The lady who waited on me was very rude. I asked for a half dozen assorted donuts and she gave me all glazed. So I pointed it out and she rudely took them out and then started putting random donuts in the box without asking if I preferred certain flavors. When I asked if I could choose which donuts she was rude about it saying,”Well it’s assorted”. I’ve ordered assorted before and have always been asked which ones I would like. Not sure if this lady was having a bad day but she was unpleasant.

  Shocked at how small my donuts were! Like unbelievably small! And, they were dry as grocery store donuts or worse. My cold drink was all ice. Waste of money.
