  I recently ordered a dozen customized donuts, and the order was prepared incorrectly, resulting in items I cannot eat. Precision in fulfilling customized orders is not optional — it is a fundamental responsibility. These details matter, not only for customer satisfaction but for customer safety. A single oversight can place someone with allergies at serious risk, and that is a consequence no business should ever take lightly. Mistakes like this often occur when tasks are approached with a “clock‑in, clock‑out” mindset rather than a commitment to quality and accountability. I hope this feedback reinforces the importance of attention to detail and encourages a higher standard of care moving forward.

  Horrible Owner - Asked us why we didn't order at the drive through speaker, it wasn't working so we pulled forward to order. He was annoyed we didn't order at the speaker. Asked us " why not " why not order at the speaker. Its broken. If you are this lazy when it comes to your customers, I am genuinely concerned about how clean your facility is - how old your donuts are - & how you think you will be successful when you treat paying customers this way. Bye! We went to another Dunkin up the road. Way cleaner and alot less additude!

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at ANY coffee shop, ever. I showed up around 3 PM in broad daylight, and the front door was locked. No sign, no explanation, no lobby service—just locked. And this isn’t even a rough area, so there’s zero reason they shouldn’t have the lobby open. Fine, whatever, I go to the drive-thru. And what do they tell me? They have NO donuts. Not “low stock.” Not “sold out of a few items.” ZERO donuts, unless you count the two random flavors nobody wants. How is a donut shop out of donuts in the middle of the afternoon? What’s even the point of being open? And to make it worse, the employees couldn’t care less. I could hear them laughing, messing around, and just playing on the clock through the drive-thru mic. When I drove past the window, same thing—just joking around, not working, not taking anything seriously. It honestly looked like they were running the place as a hangout spot instead of a business. This location needs to be shut down or put under new management immediately. Terrible service, terrible operations, zero professionalism, and absolutely no product availability. Total waste of time. I’m never coming back.
