  I came in excited to get my usual order, even though I don’t normally visit this location. The experience was really disappointing. The employee who helped us, Angelica, seemed to have an attitude the entire time and made us feel rushed. There were only two people in line, including us, so it didn’t seem especially busy. I understand that people can have off days, but the lack of basic customer service really stood out and set my morning to a bad start. Overall, it just wasn’t the kind of experience you’d expect. I'll probably skip this location and go to different one next time

  I came by Dunkin' Donuts today after my lunch break to get a matcha drink. The girl at the front rang me up, then later told me there's no matcha. No problem at all, that's fine. So I just asked her for a refund because I'm not drinking coffee right now. So she walks over to tell her manager that she needs help with the refund, and the manager just had a very nasty attitude towards her employee and complained about being there every day since Saturday. I just didn't appreciate the tone and how she was talking to her employee like she was dumb and making it uncomfortable for her. I think there needs to be better management or somebody needs to check her on how to speak to her employees with respect and kindness. I really didn't appreciate that. The manager's name is Angelica. And yes, I did let her know that she needs to be nicer to her employees and that I would be leaving this review.

  Went through the drive thru and got the window slammed shut in my face mid-sentence, twice. Female worker had an attitude. Asked two different workers what kind of jelly was in the jelly donut we ordered, one said strawberry, the other said raspberry, we somehow got neither and received cream filled?

  The lady with all the piercings at the order station/window was super rude. She kept huffing and puffing when we were making our order to the point I had to ask if she was having a bad day. She slammed the window on us and walked away. Absolutely ridiculous.
