  Apparently, it takes over 30 minutes to drive 1 mile because that’s how I far I live from this place??

  UPDATE: They emailed me and made it right via coupon, so I am changing my rating. The new rating reflects a better quality pizza. The difference was day and night. I’m glad that my initial experience is not the standard for Dominos and will continue to include them in my rotation. Pizza was very overcooked, not fresh, dry, tough and not very tasty. I threw it out. Decided that I’m not going to spend on Dominoes anymore. It’s very poor quality. The only good thing about this experience was the delivery driver being highly communicative.

  Ordered pickup on the app walked in about 10 mins later and my order was ready. Visibly clean restaurant and friendly staff

  Went on Halloween to pick up an online order. They were packed. Waited in line for about 30 minutes and got to the front only to hear that they "were just now making orders they received two hours ago". This was yelled at the line of people by the manager as she was behind the line trying to make dough. I understood and didn't make a fuss and requested a refund. Her response, yelling "him getting his refund won't help us out right now". Its been 6 days and still no refund. I've called twice this past week and all I get is "the manager isn't here right now, call back another time before 10am". Funny thing, ordered pizza hut DELIVERY and got it in 35 minutes that same evening. Shout out to the 6415 San Felipe location. Avoid this dominos location if it can be helped. Hopefully will get my refund eventually. UPDATE: Its been almost a week since this review and still no refund. When I try to call before 10am, it goes straight to a recorded message that they are closed and to place an order online. Screw this place. I just want my $30 back...

  It was the worse experience ever. I ordered my food at 8:15, I didn’t get it until 10 only because I went to get it myself because I wanted to make sure it was fresh because according to the guy on the phone the drivers called in & he made a mistake with the order. I went to pick up my food tho I tipped 20% , and he refused to give me all of the things that I ordered and said I had to wait for the delivery driver to get back with them. I plan on speaking to every member of management about this because in no way shape or form is this over ok. With over $50 spent and not all of your items being issued
