    Ordered a pizza from dominos location is in Houston Texas ...on Westheimer and Tanglewild I asked for a large thin crust pizza with chicken and bacon and barbecue drizzle sauce on top of the pizza it was a pick up order I went to pick it up drove up the street checked the pizza it was no barbecue drizzle sauce on the pizza I called and spoke with the manager Jose and he said they would remake it when I got back up there received the new pizza I looked at it and to me it was drenched in sauce I didn't want to complain or have confrontation so I went home to try and eat the pizza but could only eat 4 slices it was way too much barbecue sauce on top of the pizza I called back and asked for a refund they refused so I want to report this issue that store has terrible customer service and the cook who made my pizza both Times I feel like they purposely drowned my pizza with sauce because I called complaining that the first time it was no sauce on it

    Absolutely disgusting The order I placed was for extravaganza pizza wha they sent was disgusting Not only was it not but there was no red sauce and nothing what it was suppose to be Whe I called the store the manager Jairo wanted pictures so I text pictures. And then he said it’s just a slice I told him I threw the rest away he said he needed more proof so I went to the trash and dig it out and sent more pictures He is rise, he was unapologetic and flat out disrespectful Do not order from this store their service is awful and food is disgusting

    These reviews HAD ME SCARED TO ORDER FROM HERE , but maybe I ordered on a good day but my order was ready for pick up in less than 10 mins and it was DELICIOUS, AMAZING!!!!!!! THANKS HADIYA 4 MAKING MY PIZZA PERFECT AYEEEE!

    Do not go to this location. Believe the bad reviews and rating. More than one poor experience here. This is my closest location but I will now attempt my orders with Dominoes elsewhere. I sent my Fiance to this location to pick up a order under my name. The order was for 3 large pizzas and PAID for when the order was placed. He arrived a little after the expected completion window (7:45-7:55). First, the order was not found in the system by the young employee at the front counter. Then he finds the order but says its not 3 pizzas on the order and their is only w pizzas. I confirmed on the phone with my Fiance and sent him a screenshot to show them the order number, name, pizza qty, toppings etc). Front counter employee then has the manager(Hidaya)come over to look at the order for him and the manager scrolls on the screen to show that their is indeed 3 pizzas not 2 pizzas on the order. The front counter employee then checks the name on the only stack of 3 pizzas on the rack but then asks “you order name is not ___(Name that does not match the name we provided). My Fiance answers NO to the name on the order that was sitting, so then he is told to wait for our order to be made. My Fiancé noticed only one other customer waiting on pizza and noticed he was waiting for a pizza that was just sitting and ready and when he realized he got his pizza and left the store. After maybe 15 mins of no order given, my Fiance over hears the cook employee say to the counter employee “I think those pizzas(the 3 sitting pizzas w/ a different name) are his”. My Fiance then goes back to the counter to address the issue. He stated “So my pizzas were ready and sitting this whole time”. He was gaslit in this moment by the employees as if they did not only ask him if he was sure of the NAME on the order that was sitting. The counter employee did not use common sense at all to maybe think someone in the process of boxing the order may have put the label on wrong OR their system switched the names between two orders. The employee then lets my Fiancé walk off with the pizzas & then yells out “Hey you have to pay for those pizzas”. Now theirs another customer there, so now theirs frustration as if the online PAID order was not shown to them in the beginning of the interaction. My Fiancé is now frustrated and responds “The order is paid for”. The front counter employee then says “You can’t just leave with pizzas you have to pay for them”. The there is a yelling back and forth of my Fiancé stating the order is paid for and the employee saying that it is not. My Fiancé then says “If I show you my receipt that shows PAID you need to apologize.” The front counter employee then says “Oh I checked the wrong receipt.” No apology was given from manager or employee and the payment issue and yelling was all in front of a new customer now trying to get their order. The manager(Hidaya) was present for the entire interaction and also is the person that made the pizzas(Per the front counter employee and the website)and did nothing to help in any way outside of scrolling to show the correct amount of pizzas ordered. Three employees and one of them being a manager could not take accountability at all to realize they messed up by simply not correctly matching a name to a order OR that the wrong label was put on the pizzas. Management- VERY POOR (Witnessed on more than one visit) Customer Service- POOR
