  Your delivery drivers are absolutely awful. They do not follow a single direction despite door dash and Instacart being able to handle the directions. The last driver was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I will not order from here again.

  I just wrote a review for a different Dominos Pizza nearby, but while writing that review, it reminded me to write a review about this specific Dominos Pizza at this location. The guy who works here overnight until 1am is very rude! I remember placing a online order for a cheesy bread using my Domino's Pizza app points and dude cancelled my order because it was near closing time. I called and asked him why did he cancel my order and he responded with "we out of cheesy bread!" His tone was unacceptable. I said "wow, really? That's crazy!" He then said "it's crazy that you didn't pickup the phone when I was calling you!" I didn't update my phone number on the app, but his pettiness was uncalled for. He's making Dominos Pizza look bad. It took me 3 days to get Dominos Pizza corporate office to refund me my points.

  Horrible experience at this location I wasn’t going to write a review until I spoke up about my experience and instead of taking accountability they made excuses. Here’s the situation at 1 PM, I placed an order for pick up. I arrived At 1:30p because that’s when the app said that the pizza will be ready when I got there at 1:30 and nice lady that was walking out said that my order was almost ready just to give them a few minutes. At 1:55 another employee walked in. I asked him about my order come to find out my order had been sitting there the whole time and no one bothered to let me know that it was ready. When he gave me the order, I explained to him that having a customer wait for so long is unacceptable and instead of taking accountability for the store making a paid Customer wait. He just said oh well I just got here so how am I supposed to know. I explained to him that he doesn’t matter if he just got here that instead of making excuses that he should apologize and he said well I just got here and he kept yelling “I just got here” Extremely unacceptable specially because my order was ready by 1:30 and nobody care to let me know and they just had me waiting there for 25 minutes, staring at them making other orders and more worried about the delivery orders than the customers that they have inside the store. This store does not respect customers time or care about the customer experience. This store that’s not a hold Domino’s customer experience standards.
