  I left a review like 3 years ago of 2 stars but tonight I left a 5-Star review and that is only because they don’t allow for a “10”!!! By far the BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN IN Houston! Sad when a chain is the best pizza in a city but this ain’t New Jersey and it ain’t Giancarelli’s! Cheese stuffed crust is crucial and we got the deal with 7 toppings! AMAZING AND FAST! Better than Frank’s and most others we have tried. Give them a try again! New management and great pizza!!

  they take SO long to do anything! and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone when i tried asking about my order’s ETA. 0/10 for sure

  Twice in a row horrible experience. The first time it was a three hour wait for an order that was supposed to be delivered in less than thirty minutes. The food has come out of the oven in about 20 minutes, so you can imagine how disgusting it was by the time it arrived. I tried to give them another shot last night, and more of the same. The coupon for a free two topping to make up for last time wouldn't work on the app or website. 21-35 minute expected delivery time, pizza came out of the oven promptly at 7:48 PM, out for delivery at 7:50. So far so good, right? Nope. Sat waiting for another half an hour and then updated to a second out for delivery at 8:16 PM. Phones don't work and or pizza was delivered exactly an hour after that which was 90 minutes after coming out of the oven. Dry, stale and terrible.

  This review is solely for delivery driver Nick. He called to tell me the elevators at my building were out & that the FD was here. I told him it was fine to leave my order at the concierge (I'm on the 19th floor). Literally heading to open the door to head down (rushed post-shower scramble 😅) & I hear a knock. Naturally, I assume it's someone from my building's concierge team, but no, it was Nick with my order. I explained I was on my way down & he said he didn't mind & filled me in on what was going on. He really went above & beyond.

  1 star is generous. Ordered our food at around 9:25P on a Tuesday evening, food was not delivered until 10:45P. No one will answer the phone, very intentionally ignoring calls. And the food wasn’t even brought to the door, simply left with the front desk with a terrible attitude and of course the order being wrong. There is a plethora of pizza options, even frozen would be a better bet than this location.
