  I ordered 5 pizzas tonight for students at a school. The delivery time was set for 8 pm and left instructions for the driver to call or text my number upon arrival. I stood outside waiting for 15 minutes. The driver did not contact me nor follow the instructions for delivery door location. Instead the driver left and did not deliver my order. The driver did not answer the call from the store to give me his location. The driver marked my order delivered!

  ordered food and it’s been over a hour and a half. i call and got answered and they pretended to not hear after asking about my order and hanging up. called multiple times back and no answer. order never fulfilled

  The so-called Kayla or Kara hung the phone up in my face when I told her that both of my large two toppings pizzas where burnt and the crust was hard as hell. She was very short and I told her that her customer service was horrible. After hanging up in my face and refusing to answer the cold I went back to the store to return the disgusting pizzas. I asked to speak to another person in charge or to get information for corporate management. I have been eating at this store for 20 plus years and I have NEVER been disrespected in this way. I will never return and when I have parties for my businesses I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. Don't go to this store. Most employees were on their phone while making the pizza without gloves, disgusting.
