- DCDra CApr 20, 20261.0I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Domino’s to anyone honestly, not even my worst enemy. And based on other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who feels this way. I’m not even sure how they’re still open. When I first called, I spoke with someone named Hector, who said he was the general manager. When I asked to confirm, he seemed defensive and questioned why I was asking. I explained that the phone connection was really bad and I wanted to make sure I was speaking with the right person. I also told him my pizza barely had any mushrooms on it. He offered a remake, which I agreed to. A few days later, I called back, and once again the phone connection was terrible. I asked to speak with Hector again. I explained the situation, and he said he would handle it the same way. At that point, I was still frustrated and decided I would rather just get a refund instead. That’s when things went downhill. He started arguing with me, then asked me to hold. After waiting for a long time, I found out he had actually left the store to make a delivery and kept me on hold the entire time. I couldn’t believe that this is how a manager would handle a situation. I even tried reaching out to a district manager and never received a response. At that point, I gave up. I just want other customers to be aware based on my experience and the other reviews, I would strongly recommend ordering from somewhere else.
