  Forgetting partial order. Terrible customer service, called and put on hold for 15 minutes. Employees not washing hands when coming into the building to start shift and touching food with bare hands.

  Food is pretty good and tastes consistently well but the service is downright unbearable. I was trying to pick up from drive through but nobody showed up so I parked my car to go inside just to see an employee in the corner on their phone

  Do not ever put your order in to this place. I had an app delivery and watched the driver sit in two different lots for over 30 minutes. I received no calls or messages and therefore I tried to give the store a call to see if they could check on the driver to see if they were just doing multiple drops off. Not a single person would pick up for ten minutes until the literal moment the store closed and the manager literally picked up the call, said “we’re closed” AND HUNG UP. I kept calling again because I had not had my delivery made and it had been well over 40 minutes for a delivery that was 10 minutes away??? I had been on hold with them for over 10 minutes. Was told that the delivery driver had been waiting for me outside when I could literally see their location and they communicated NOTHING until I called, didn’t even notice the gate code because they asked for it, didn’t know what direction the house even though he was “right in front of it waiting” and the had the audacity to try and have me come out to them at the car to get my own stuff even with the “leave at door instructions”. They tried to tell me the driver isn’t physically able to get out the car….so why are you a delivery person if you can’t deliver. They literally said all this inadequate delivery driver could do was set my food on the curb in the rain and not just put the car in park and walk to the door. How can someone get an order, walk to the car, drive said car to delivery spot and suddenly can’t pick up the same literal order and walk it several feet and be on about their day. They have new management and/or associates it seems because months ago they had decent good people, even a delivery driver who had a legitimate physical disability who COMMUNICATED professionally beforehand so we could receive our order and was so nice in the process (Mr. Ortiz). I’ve had several deliveries from this same location, and they’ve NEVER had this problem until recently. With the recent reviews, I can see I’m not the only one
