- RRReginaldApr 9, 20264.0I just left your shop. I have been a customer for over 13 years now. The staff is nice and friendly. I have had any issues. But today, I bought a slice of Strawberry cake and Italian Cream Cheese cake. The size was so small the wonderful clerk gave me another slice of the ICC cake. I pulled out the Strawberry cake, and noticed your cake pieces are half the size they used to. Your pieces of cake use to cover the whole bottom and touch the top. You always give me money's 💰 worth. Don't stop!! I want to be able to eat half now and finish the next day of of one slice 😋.

I was a bit put off by the price ($11/slice), but once I took the first bite, I was ready to buy another slice to go! The cake was moist, had even layers and ample frosting. I’m really picky about buttercream frosting and this didn’t disappoint. The frosting had a well-balanced flavor and I appreciated that I couldn’t taste the base (butter, Crisco, etc.), so the lemon could shine. As I got to the last few bites, the frosting seemed to get sweeter, and I almost tapped out. But it still tasted amazing and we will be back the next time we’re in town!!

The bakery could not have been more helpful, and canceled our order with Grace. Their stuff is so delicious and their customer orientation is superb. Really recommend them highly.

I only need a small cake, but I don’t see my favorite cake on the 6-inch cake list?
We make a limited selection of 6-inch cake flavors, but you can always get slices of any flavor you like!
Why won't you write on my vegan cake?
The chocolate we use to write on cakes is not vegan, so we will not put non-vegan writing or decorations on a vegan dessert.
Will you write on my cake with colored frosting?
No, we only write with white chocolate or milk chocolate.
Will my cake be baked the night before I pick it up?
Custom orders are baked within 1-2 days of pickup. Standard menu items are baked fresh every week and kept at 0 degrees, so they stay at peak freshness until we deliver them to the store.
Will you add fresh fruit to my cake?
We have several desserts that are made with fresh fruit in the batter. We do not decorate our desserts with fresh fruit, however, and our stores do not keep fresh fruit on hand.
How do I store my leftover cake?
Cover it with plastic wrap, covering all the exposed parts. Store leftover cake in the fridge, but keep in mind that some flavors are best at room temperature. The storage and serving instructions for each cake are on our website.
How long is it safe to keep my cake?
If it’s wrapped well with no exposed edges, it will stay in the fridge for up to a week and up to a month in the freezer.
Allergies & Cross Contamination?
Please note that our kitchen is neither nut-free nor gluten-free. Our desserts are not meant for individuals who have severe allergy concerns. Please see our Food Allergy Statement.
In our bakery, ingredients are labeled with possible allergens. However, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial products we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice

Why do I have to pay for a plaque? Why can’t youjust write on my cake?
Our cakes designs are not smooth on top so we cannot write on an uneven surface. We require a purchase of a plaque, so the writing looks beautiful! The recipient has a delicious, personalized piece of white or dark chocolate to take home with them.
Can I pick up my order before you open?
Sure, but please give us a call before you make the trip to ensure our truck has arrived with your order.
