  This is only my second time ever coming to a D&B and I have to say, that the food, as much as it cost, is not worth what we paid. My philly cheesesteak sandwich was over salted and the bun was just too thick for my liking, The ribs were well cooked but hardly any flavor besides the bbq sauce on them. The chicken strips lacked a lot of flavor, I had to dip them in ranch just to add more flavor to them. And the wings were a bit too dry for my liking. The drinks were ok just not for the price they charge. And the unlimited play pass we bought is really not worth it. It was hard to swipe to play games, as the swiper on the games timed out too much. And it didn't matter which game you played, they all timed out, so I had to swipe multiple times before the game would start. And with the unlimited play pass, you can only collect 1500 tickets and no more. So if you have a kid that wants something from their prize store, you're better off just buying a regular play pass to collect as many tickets as you want so your kid/s can shop at the prize store. This is a cool place to eat and play, but very expensive and the games timing out is just not worth the frustration you have to put up with.

  Hi granddaughter had a blast. As soon as I entered the establishment, the young man named Kemar helped me through the whole process of purchasing the ticket and what to do. Then, we went to your restaurant and we were blessed to have a young lady named Fefe wait on us. Her personality is phenomenal. She was extremely helpful with the menu in very patient with my granddaughter while she was ordering. We will be coming back.

  Went to Dave & Buster’s thinking we were gonna casually play some games, maybe win a few tickets… you know, normal behavior. Instead, we got emotionally and financially invested in the Wizard of Oz coin pusher like it was a life mission. At first it’s all fun—lights flashing, coins dropping, “oooh look a card!” Then suddenly you’re 30 minutes in, aggressively calculating angles like you’re in a physics exam, all for ONE. SINGLE. DOG. CARD. We literally spent half our entire budget trying to get that thing. Not even the rare shiny ones… just a dog. A regular dog. At one point I swear it moved further away out of spite. The machine knows. It senses desperation. Every time it almost falls, you convince yourself, “okay just one more swipe,” and next thing you know you’ve entered a toxic relationship with a coin pusher. We finally got it… and honestly? I don’t even feel victorious. I feel like I survived something. 10/10 would get emotionally manipulated again.

  I had a really great experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to one of the employees, Fefe. She was super friendly, patient, and went out of her way to be helpful the entire time. I’m usually not big on the whole games-and-food scene, but she made it really enjoyable. As long as she’s there, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  I had such an amazing experience at DNB! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and full of great energy. The food was absolutely delicious—everything came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really made the night stand out, though, was our waiter, Ralphela. She was incredible—attentive without being overwhelming, super friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. She gave great recommendations and checked in at all the right times, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like hers is rare, and it truly elevated the entire visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be asking for Ralphela again. Highly recommend!
