  Friendly service. The orders were wrong (both of them). The food was so greasy that the bottom bun of the burgers were soggy. If I ever go back, it'll just be for ice cream.

  The manager is rude! They talk about customers in Spanish. And my food was made wrong and the manager told me she was going to call the cops on me if i went up there. Can i talknto the owner

  If i could give this location zero stars I would. First of no one was friendly during my whole experience. Ordered 4 banana splits. When I got home, one didnt have bananas. I had to drive back 15 minutes and get it corrected. The person manning the drive-thru proceeded to go through it as if I was lying about it not having bananas. Yes, they corrected it, but they should have just given me my money back for my troubles of driving 15 minutes home and then having to drive back 15 minutes to get it corrected. Spoke with a manager who proceeded to say that at least they corrected it. I truly understand that, but I had to take all that time when they should have done it right the 1st time. It is a banana split! How do you forget the bananas! It is like forgetting the meat in a hambuger. They never even apologized for their mistake.Either way this location is not ever getting my business again.

  This Scarsdale location is a joke. What's the point of having a website but all you tell me is you dont have this and you dont ha e that. Then you want to give me my chocolate shake before my food comes out. Come on! To add insult im handed but thank you or nothing, so unprofessional! Never again!

  Used to be the most consistent DQ imo but now I can't even get a blizzard without a hassle. The last two visits have been less then Ideal I wish management would step ok and make sure training and quality insurance was being done. Won't be back for awhile but at the prices we should at least be comped(like a 1.5 would change so much for the the trouble) when the order doesn't come out as requested.
