  Bad service ordered at the drive thru but had to spend 5 minutes confirming the order just for them to mess it up and not give me the food I asked for.

  My husband and I went to DQ for free cone day and we got meals before asking for our ice cream, and we did not get our receipts. There were 2 young girls in front of us getting their free cones and the older man taking their order was very rude and very short to them. They were very sweet and respectful towards him so it kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Later, while we’re eating our food the same older man was giving another couple their cones, and instead of walking over to them (since there was a very large crowd) he whistled at them and rudely yelled at them through the crowd. We finally finished eating and went up to the counter to ask for our free cones and he very rudely says no. He claims that we had gotten our earlier (when we ordered our food) we very politely explained that we had only ordered meals and were waiting to get our cones until after. He scoffs and storms off to the back. When he comes back he hands us cones but they were filled with cool whip and not ice cream. They were very light and very obviously not ice cream. Normally I would not make a big fuss over cool whip but since he had been so rude the entire time we were there to every customer it really bothered me. I will not be returning to this DQ because I do not appreciate being scoffed at and disrespected after spending my money at an establishment.

  If i could give it 0 stars i would … I’ve gave it try after try but the service just keeps getting even worse… Rude owner/manager no manners or work ethic.. I been way to patient with them i beg you please don’t waste your time coming to this location i promise you there’s better DQ locations around town that would actually offer you better service and take care of you than this place DISSAPOINTMENT

  I had the cheese popcorn 🍿. They were so greasy 🤮. Don't recommend them.
