  Fast and efficient. I was in and out in 5 min. Food was fresh and yummy.

  I always order food from here for my 14 year old daughter. Well today I went in again. I got the usual but I had asked to get pinto beans on the side. Wow! Horrible beans. Whoever they have making beans or whatever they don’t know how to follow instructions or they put other stuff in them. BAD!! I tried to call the store but it goes to a call center who transferred me to the wrong location. The can even get that right. I would beware and make sure you taste everything. I don’t even know if I want to come back to this location. I was excited to come to this location because is new but unfortunately the employees are too young and not experienced. I hope they do better. Because food is not something to mess up. Especially since is so expensive.

  Was going there to study as a college student and I usually go to the one closer to my gym but i just came to the one closest to me at the time which was this one and the lady that took my order has the worst customer service. I’ve been to chipotle 3 times out of my whole life and 1 of the times were thru dt so when she was the questions i was like “well what’s that” and she would make an annoyed face , then say what it is and then her hand movement go in the way her basically saying duh. I ignored it but then instead of sitting my bag down or even just handing my bag she push it across the counter tell me the price and get to talking to her coworkers which is fine to talk to one another but the way you treat a customer while doing so matters. I personally work in fast food and wouldn’t dare to treat someone like this. Another thing is she asked if i wanted queso on it or on the side and just cause i said on the side she charged me for it but if it was on top it wasn’t going to be a charge.. she could have mentioned that especially since she asked me if i wanted it.. i didn’t just point it out or anything lol. after paying i went to sit down but she had already messed up my mood to the point where i wanted to go somewhere else to eat my food and study so i just got back up and left. then got in the car an tasted my food and the meat is soooo cold but then the queso is warm.. the lady im referring to has blonde hair (not sure what her name is and i don’t want to guess because there was someone w brown hair that helped the next lady and she seemed so sweet) but it’s 3/23/26 and there’s the receipt . The other location is so much better.

  Love that we finally have a chipotle close to home, and we visit often, but can y'all PLEASE do something about the temperature inside? We can never stay and eat because it's always absolutely freezing inside. Feels like you're sitting in the walk-in freezer 🥶
