  No smiling faces not very friendly staff. I asked for an item to be added to my bowl. Then, is if I can't read the menu, the girl asked me if I was sure I wanted it because she has to charge me extra. I find she could have warded it a little better and not seem condescending, like I can't afford the extra money for added condiment 😅 rice is nearly always gritty as in slightly undercooked

  I am highly disappointed with the workers at this location. I’m a frequent buyer due to their tasty food and fast service. However I witnessed two ladies behind the counter speaking Spanish about an older lady in a negative way that notified them that this was her first time visiting and she wanted to try a few things. Along with them assuming that I did not know Spanish due to my brown skin, I am disgusted.

  The girl at the front who looks black but is Hispanic is really rude. Every time I come in she has a stank face and talks very arrogant to the customers. I waited in line about 15 mins behind a large family to which I had no issue but they were taking too long giving her the food. I was in a time rush so I asked if I could go ahead and pay. She didn’t acknowledge me at all and after a moment she rudely said ‘didn’t you say you were in a hurry?’to what I responded that I didn’t know the Machine was ready and she responded it’s been ready by screaming loudly at me in front of other customers. I did respond and told her every time I come in she’s rude for no reason and walked off. Her name is Rosselyn according to my receipt

  I have always held Chipotle in the upper echelon of fast-casual restaurants, but today I was sadly disappointed. This visit was an absolute disaster. The entire restaurant was nasty—the floors and tables were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in hours. To make matters worse, the ice machine didn't work, adding to the overall state of neglect. They were completely out of steak, chips, and queso, yet the staff still tried to double-charge me for the queso I never even received. When I pointed out the overcharge, the customer service was dismissive and terrible. Based on the lack of hygiene and the broken equipment, I recommend this location be shut down by the health department. I won’t be coming back.
