- PNPatina NourikhajaviApr 13, 20261.0I went out to get some food. The young man who helped me was very polite and gave me excellent service. However, the manager there — it was my first time seeing her - treated me very badly today. I usually go after work around 7 PM, but today I had the worst experience with the manager. she argued with me and behaved very unprofessionally just because I asked the young man to add a little bit of spicy chicken. she then charged me double and spoke very rudely to the employee, accusing him of adding too much chicken. When I asked the manager for her name, she refused to provide it and said I didn’t need to know. On top of that, the chicken was undercooked.
