I ordered my son a kids quesadilla with cheese. I got two tortillas that were cold. I also said no sides. They gave me rice beans and chicken. I ordered myself three steak tacos and I got the tacos drenched with all my toppings. Everything was freezing cold freezing cold. I couldn’t even pick up the tortilla. It was so tore up. It wasn’t warm, like warm. Just COLD. The steak was damn near frozen. Basically it was just too cold so I couldn’t even eat that. We’re now at Whataburger to get some fresh hot food. Oh thank you before that there were two people in front of me in the the chipotle lane, and when I got to the window, the lady was completing an order so I had to wait three more minutes for her to even look at me and asked me what my order name was with an attitude do better chipotle on South Freeway .

I asked for his name to reference the employee who I spoke with at this location, and he told me he had NO name. Which sounds like a government problem. If you have no identity, how did you get a job here?
