  Dirty shop, portions are small, staff barely speak and act like serving you is a nuisance. Tried to serve leftover soggy lettuce . I politely refused and the server made such a big deal of reaching over to serve up fresher lettuce that was just sitting on the side.Cashier snuck in a charge for extra guacamole, there was none . The poor ratings on google are well deserved. Will not go back to that particular shop and possibly ANY other Chipotle after this experience. I think this particular shop must be a liability for the entire Chipotle brand and ought to be looked into.

  visited at 3pm. stood in like for over 15 minutes to then leave and order a togo order to pick up after i go to the store. there was 10 people in line, one lady making orders, walking around with no sense of urgency. everyone in line was frustrated.

  I really like Chipotle, which is why this is frustrating to write, but this location on Eldridge in Houston needs serious improvement. They close at 10 PM, but multiple times I’ve come in around 8:30 PM after work and they already stop cooking. A lot of the food is gone, they’re putting ingredients away, and they refuse to make more. It feels like they’ve already closed even though they’re still open. One experience was especially concerning — there was hair in the white rice. When I pointed it out, the employee pulled the hair out like she was still going to serve it. I immediately told her I didn’t want the bowl anymore and just got an apple juice instead. The staff come across like they don’t care about customers and are just trying to shut everything down early so they can go home. That’s disappointing because I (and a lot of others) actually enjoy Chipotle and expect better service. I hope management takes a look at this location and improves both food safety and customer service.

  I am not someone who usually writes reviews but tonights was just such a bad experience. poor gentleman infront of me the employees were giving him such a hard time because he was asking what should be available until last customer they had no fresh food whatsoever. Everyone was rushing to close even the employees telling each other to hurry up to close. No proteins but burnt chicken and dry steak available. Gm here needs to really step it up here whoever was their MOD tonight did not care at all. The only good thing about this visit was the server Sandra - looks like shes the only one who enjoys working here honestly. Employee eating ice cream cones while cooking/cleaning unacceptable honestly. I love chipotle but never ever coming back to this location 🤢

  If I could give a zero I will have no remorse. Around 3:25pm on 3/15 there was a female black person as server. She was cordial with everyone else in from of us but when we got to the line, she started to be stingy with the meat, measure it by the millimeter and a defiant attitude towards us. When a customer can immediately recognize a change of attitude and behavior towards the service provided, I cannot skip the opportunity to leave a review and raise concern to Chipotle as a company. Then, I come to find out that reviews are even worse, a 2.7 star says a LOT about the type of employees being hired at this location. A change of culture should be happening ASAP as it has become a norm to hear and read several articles about the service, inconsistency on the serving portions and customer service etiquette. Now let me mentioned this, I am black hispanic and I do not get WHY black northamericans have the tendency to compete or see us as a different race…. WE ARE ALL BLACK, regardless from where we were born …so when you (yes, you black female server) discriminate your own race because you feel more or less, remember when your ancestors were beaten and mistreated and called unnecessary names… disrespect start among us and create the cycle again. You are a server that deserves respect but you will not receive it if you dont check yourself and start respecting others the same way you want to be respected. If you had not have a good day, that is not my fault. You choose that job, I chose to eat there once in a while, if you did not like see me speaking another language or having an accent , it is NOT my problem. In a world where we already have a lot as society, being kind and gentle with others should not cost that much. You receive what you give
