  I just walked in and the staff (all male) yelled that they were closed that the system is down and they were laughing. Then I see that other people went in after me and they served them. Highly unprofessional.

  Same quality as other restaurants in this chain, servings are better though, employees are ok, not super friendly, they just there.

  Placed an order as I was outside and no one was inside the location. Pulled up and waited at the window and waited over 15 mins after my pick up time for a KIDS MEAL. When there was literally no one inside as I waited. No apologies, no “I appreciate you patience” customer service goes a long way and this locations is lacks that.

  I got a al pastor chicken bowl with chips &guac. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the line was very efficient and friendly. I could tell the whole crew were in sync. Delicious bowl and walked out so fast!

  Worst experience. Waited over 30 min at the drive through window because whoever was working it was lollygagging around and not even there. When I finally got my food, which was just sitting there the whole time, not even an acknowledgement of the delay. She was as cold as my food. The portions were tiny with very little meat. They forgot some of the toppings I added in my order. There was a glob of salt in one corner of my bowl. And the worst part is I got FOOD POISONING afterwards. Doesn't help that Chipotle itself is all automated crap so I couldn't even complain about this to someone.
