- AHArmaan HiraniApr 1, 20261.0I went in to claim my buy one get one free and the service was absolutely terrible the line was not very long but the workers were just quickly chucking my food into my bowl and the portion was terrible no greeting no smiled nothing. The place was super messy food all over the ground napkins. Music was so loud the workers couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear them. One of the workers had a huge attitude with me as well for me just simply naming what I wanted and her wanting to finish with my bowl she kept trying to close it every time I finished naming a item. No napkins in the drink area. There was also a homeless man just standing around right by the entrance and management didn’t seem to care. Overall very bad experience. April 1st 2026 6:00 P:M Wednesday.

Every time I have asked for just a little bit of cheese, or lettuce, or sauce or salsa, I've gotten a big handful or spoonful. I'm not sure if it's that they can't hear (I know that it could be difficult to hear behind those counters as a worker), or if they're just working so fast that they aren't really paying attention. But it's a little annoying when I genuinely don't want a ton of an side item in my bowl. It's not just this location. It's most of them.

There’s a girl who works here, I believe her name is Alexandria or something similar to that, she is very rude and unpleasant.
