  The management and cashier were both rude when I asked for assistance with understanding my rewards. I used my free entree reward and asked why the lowest entree was charged. If I knew this, I would have made two separate transactions.

  BEWARE NASTY BLADE FOUND IN BOWL. This location could care less about its customer, they refused to refund me after a nasty blade was found in my bowl. “Manager” said she couldn’t give me cash back so I told her then just reimburse me with a gift card and she said I could just get another bowl, I told her no thanks my appetite is ruined and I at least deserve a refund, for having to go back to store and for showing her my 1/2 eaten bowl. She refused. Insane, although she said sorry for this issue and she did complain to the back worker, but sorry is not enough I deserved a refund. Gross no wonder people get sick all the time from eating chipotle!

  The food was pretty good but $50 for three plates is super expensive if you ask me
