Today I was given an unusually small portion of meat, and when I brought it up, the manager responded by saying she could “add 2 more pieces” because I come in often. That response was honestly unacceptable. As a regular customer, I shouldn’t have to ask for a fair portion, and I definitely shouldn’t feel like I’m being rationed food or given special treatment just to get what should be standard. This reflects poor customer service and even worse management. Consistency and fairness should be basic, especially for customers who support your business daily. Really disappointing experience.
- CBCERTIFIED BRATMar 19, 20261.0Ordered a kids meal and bowl. The kids meal you get meat and 3 sides. They gave me 2 and said the meat was the third. They didn’t even make the tacos just wrapped 2 tortillas in foil, mind you, the kids meal comes with 3 tacos. Then they forgot the drink and when I turned back for it I got a head nod and glare instead of actual words. The cashier and the guy making the food had bad attitudes and the cook was unsanitary with the brown rice. I will NEVER be back. Do yourself a favor and try a different location or all together go to different restaurant.

Closest location to me, but no sense of customer service, no courtesy and no, the customer is always right! Go to the Westheimer location. They may be a lot better than this one!
