  You order online and they tell you your order is gonna be ready at a certain time you go up there you wait nobody ask you anything. They just let you sit up there mind you the online order says it’s gonna be ready at a certain time and pick it up on the shelf order is nowhere near on the shelf. It’s still at the back people are coming in and out after you and nobody’s gonna help, you have to literally ask him for the order, even though it’s supposed to be already ready on the shelf.

  Makes no sense of them being open late and once a certain time hits they have “nothing” stock. How can you run out sour cream and you 2 hours left of being open. I feel like the workers didn’t want to go in the back.

  I came for lunch at 2pm ish today 4/11/26 and whoever two are in the front counter are killing it. They are really trying to accommodate everyone as much as they can while everyone knows it’s stressful to eat out now (because of the economy lol) and not have a good experience. Eating out now is very minimal for me and this made me feel okay about spending my $. Thank you two.

  Awful experience. Do not go here. The staff is very un accommodating and not friendly. My food was poorly packaged and not sealed and it leaked all over my car seat. For $30 I should be able to get a pinch cilantro on my bowl as they have done for years, someone told me they won’t do it. My food was handed to me and the cashier kept having her conversation with the other employee no goodbye, no thank, you just pushed the bag towards me. Probably the last time I give my money to chipotle.

  the workers was rude and made my food sloppy and I didn’t wanna lot of sour cream and he dump the whole spoon of sour cream on my bowl and the. Took the spoon he severs everyone else with and scooped the sour cream off then the lady at the cashier was very rude I asked for Vinaigrette And she gave me something I didn’t ask for and then she wanted to have an attitude with me cs she was wrong
