  We stopped by this location after our afternoon run thinking it would be a quick, satisfying meal—but it turned out to be a terrible decision. To start, the first associate taking our order (a female employee) was hesitant to give proper portions, almost as if she were going to pay for it herself, she stretched everything as much as possible. We had to ask her twice just to get a reasonable amount in our bowls, which made the whole ordering process uncomfortable. But the worst part of the experience was the bald male cashier at the register. His attitude was honestly shocking—he didn’t just seem irritated or annoyed, he came across as genuinely angry, like he didn’t want to be there at all. It felt tense, like he might snap at any moment. What made it even more frustrating was that he seemed aware of how he was acting, because when we got our receipt, he rang us up under the female associate’s name instead of his own. Overall, the food wasn’t even the issue—it was the poor service and negative atmosphere that ruined the visit. If you’re looking for a place with unfriendly, uncomfortable customer service, this location definitely delivers.

  Told me Lettuce was extra for a kids meal. It is not online. After 5pm don’t waste your time.

  Placed online order at 10.am for 120pm was told when I arrived at 120 that I'd need to wait for rice to be cooked. Then when I asked why order placed in advance we're fulfilled he told me things happen. When I asked how long he advised he had been trying to tell me but I was busy asking questions as I walked away this dude was continuing to yell how he was trying to tell me to where I had to ask if it was good customer service that even as I was walking away he was continuing to yell about him trying to tell me the time. This is when he realized that he was being rude and stopped talking

  Horrible. Not friendly folks. Ordering online is a joke especially when you're offered free queso or guac if you spend $5 or more. It seems getting something at out of this location for what is advertise is going to hurt their bottom line. Solution - tell corporate not to offer it and while telling the customer NO, quit being ugly about it to the customer.
