  I was expecting real Mexican food, maybe is the style of texmex food, not sure about that. In general, the place has poor service and food quality.

  I do not recommend this Chipotle location. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and there was not a single piece of chicken in the bowl when I received it.

  I am currently in the hospital and my husband made an online order and they gave him the wrong order! And they won’t answer their phones! Not even sure if they’d help him since it was ordered over an hour ago! He noticed after I had an ultrasound that took longer than expected. So disappointing! He’s not able to go home to eat and decided to buy here only to be given the wrong order and no answer!

  Since I am effectively living in the hospital across the street with a sick kid, I really thought the 11pm closing time was a blessing. Turns out, it’s just a cruel tease. First attempt: 10:45. Store is obviously closing - fine, I’ll forgive the lack of peppers. But the staff clearly being hostile to my presence? Knocking chairs to the floor while cleaning making a deafening roar in that echo chamber? Having me dig through a box of spoons and having to go hunting for napkins because everything was put away before the (absolutely filthy) dining room was closed? Not cool. But hey, maybe it was an off night. I’ll try again. Second attempt: 10:15. No chips. Dining room somehow even filthier than the last time. Whatever, I just got my food to go. It happens. Tonight: 10:30. Burrito press shut down. No steak. No chips. Staff couldn’t be less interested in helping me. Woman in front of me gave up and ordered chips and queso, but the only chips left had already been sold for an online order that had been paid for. Staff shrugged and sold them to the woman anyway, so I guess screw you to whoever placed the online order. I finally just bailed. Look guys - your food is good, and you clearly have a market for late night orders. But if you can’t be bothered to make an effort after 10, just close up shop at 10 and at least be honest about it. This complete lack of effort is just ruining your reputation and frustrating everyone involved (including the staff that clearly doesn’t want to be there anyway).

  This establishment has poor customer service. In particular they have an employee who belittles customers and is extremely rude. I will never return to this location!
