They were completely out of steak and guac so you simply had to settle for what was left. Careless preparation of the food and many of the employees were standing around playing with each other in the kitchen while the line stretched completely out the door. I had just come from the Northwest Freeway location where I waited nearly 25 minutes for brown rice, only for them to mess it up TWICE. Frustrated, I decided to make the 10–11 minute drive over to this Heights location—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, it was a completely different atmosphere. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything you’d expect. No long lines, no waiting on basic ingredients—just smooth, efficient service. A big shoutout to Chris, who rang me up. He did an excellent job—friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience. After the rough start to my night, that level of service really stood out. This location didn’t just meet expectations—it restored them. I’ll definitely be coming back here moving forward. If you want a reliable Chipotle experience in Houston, this is the spot.

I could tell after having a couple bites of the meat it had been sitting out and wasn't really fresh nor was it warm. Chipotle prides themselves in serving fresh food and sadly this was not my experience.
