0 stars if i could !!!!!
I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience. I went to Chipotle an hour and a half before closing, and they claimed to be out of basic ingredients like lettuce, corn salsa, and fajita veggies. That is completely unacceptable, especially with so much time left before closing. I politely asked if more could be prepared, but instead of being helped, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from both the staff and the manager, Diego.
To make matters worse, I was told that “corporate is aware” that they don’t make more food after the morning prep, which is simply not true. That response felt like an excuse rather than an attempt to fix the issue. On top of that, I paid for double chicken and the portion I received was nowhere near what it should have been. I felt completely shorted.
This is especially frustrating because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle, but every visit to this location seems to come with a problem. This experience was beyond disappointing and reflects very poorly on the store’s customer service, food standards, and overall management.

The food is good, consistent with other Chipotle locations, but the service at this one is consistently disappointing. Several of the servers are rude, unprofessional, and make you feel uncomfortable for simply being there. On one visit, they were even arguing with each other while serving customers.
Almost every time I’ve come to this location, I’ve been rushed through my order and treated with visible irritation, as if serving customers was a burden. I don’t recommend this location.
There are only two employees who provide good service, and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by them, the experience is completely different. It’s unfortunate, because this is the closest Chipotle to my home in Houston and the one I used to visit most often. After the last visit—when the staff was especially rude to me and my wife—we decided not to return.
Wish I would have read the reviews before going, but I was short on time, If so i would have gone somewhere else. 😕 As soon as I came in the atmosphere was not welcoming. Most of the staff in the line serving the food were rude. One lady threw the queso in the bag with an attitude then the cashier (Sandy according to the receipt) added extra chicken which I never asked for, the chicken portion i was served was so small I think I should have gotten a discount for that amount. Paid 18.84 for a bowl of chicken with no extras on it and chips and queso, i was in a hurry so i didn't notice that high amount until I was home. I won't be coming back to this location.

STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
I’m shocked by the lack of curtesy of the staff at this location! The last 4 times I’ve been here you’re always out of things and you the staff treat you like your a bother and a problem even before you start ordering. While having to reconsider your choices as the ones you always want are finished you’re being rushed and staff is being extremely rude to you if you don’t t immediately
know what you want or don’t have your backup ready to pick! I don’t recommend anyone to go here and hope management reconsider their front end staff as this is the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time! Find people that don’t mind coming to work and serve paying customer, or good luck if you want to continue the way you’ve operate!

So last night, I had the worst experience and this is what I had to send to corporate. It’s pretty long but it’s worth reading because the manager they have their at night called Nelsy was very unprofessional as the same as Veronica that was one of the servers in the front. This is a horrible experience. I went through and I still don’t understand what happened. I was forced to take pictures and videos because they refuse to give their names for me to make a report. / Subject: Formal Complaint – Intimidating Conduct and Lack of Management Response
Hello,
I am writing to formally report a concerning incident that occurred at your location:
1120 Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77077.
My wife, Reyna Garcia, visited your restaurant with our two children, purchased food, and sat down to eat. While seated, she was calmly reviewing the menu to possibly order additional items for the family.
During this time, one of your employees appeared to assume that my wife was staring at her. In reality, my wife was simply looking at the menu. The employee then began making confrontational gestures and behaved in an intimidating manner. At one point, the employee directed a disrespectful comment toward my wife, stating words to the effect of, “Why are you looking at me?” followed by an offensive remark, while continuing with aggressive gestures.
This behavior made my wife feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and unsafe, especially in front of our children.
In an effort to properly address the situation, my wife politely asked the cashier for the employee’s name. The cashier refused. A manager was then called, and the manager also refused to provide the employee’s name and did not make any effort to resolve or de-escalate the situation.
Through other sources, we were later informed that the employee involved is named Veronica, and the manager on duty was Nelsy.
This reflects a lack of professionalism, accountability, and proper customer service.
We are requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. We expect a response regarding how this situation will be handled.
If no action is taken or no response is provided, we are prepared to escalate this matter through appropriate channels to ensure it is properly addressed.
If you require any additional information or clarification, you may contact Reyna Garcia directly at (832) 57
