- GSGabrielle Scurlock3 days ago1.0The girl at the window , believe her name was Cassandra was so rude… i don’t ever go out my way to leave a bad review, especially not for cfa, but she didn’t even acknowledge me at the window, she just stood there and waited on me to walk up… no smile, smirk, nothing…. Then didn’t ask how can i help you , ANYTHING. I had to lead the conversation… not satisfied at all. Get her off the window ASAP!

Raised bumps, very light in color, and overall lacking any sort of STANDARD. Took it to the walk up window, was told they would give me another order of bacon. Within 20 seconds a different team member brought me a replica of the same gross looking bacon. I immediately expressed my displeasure and asked for a refund. ANOTHER team member came and asked if everything was ok - when she looked at the bacon she looked shocked and stated “Ohhh yes, I see. I will talk to the kitchen.” Gross, gross, gross.

I see them everything's good. So I thought. I get back to the office realized they charged me two SW Salads I gave them a try, not happy. And the Mac and cheese was not up to par. Very disappointing.
