- JSJackie SaundersMar 27, 20261.0Staff was weird and off putting. No hospitality. Except the one guy with the glasses in the drive through he was great. I paid for a kids meal. And then turned on the DoorDash app and got a order let them know that. And they all got weird. I said heys and hi etc. I got no acknowledgement or anything in return. That was weird coming from chick fil a. Maybe they don’t like door dash orders idk. But they told me I could get it in the drive way since I was already there then said I couldn’t. No problem. But after the mention of it. Is when they all got weird. And when I did walk in and set hi or Heyyy. Is when they only responded with “what’s the name “. Put the order down and then walked away. Maybe I’m over thinking but it was 3 of them looking at me inside. Never experienced this at a chick fil a. No matter how the food was ordered. But idk maybe bc it’s Pearland. I said thank you etc. no youre welcome no my pleasures. Nothing. What’s that about ?
