    I came here because they had a play place for my child. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe. I got my food and mistakenly got a grilled deluxe. I politely went up there and let them know. The person passing the food loudly criticized me yelling “what was wrong with the other one?? It’s the exact same burger!” Without regard that I might hear. The cashier handed me my sandwich and I moved on. Later while I was eating, the cashier came by and asked me what was wrong with the first one. I said I got a bacon grilled deluxe when I ordered a spicy delux. She said “Ohhhhh! They have you the grilled!” Like that’s crazy how do yall not check before criticizing or speaking loudly about someone… disappointing. ALSO the play place is DISGUSTING.

    Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Waited 45 minutes…for a Sprite. Not even exaggerating. Mobile orders? Confusing. Staff? Confused. My order? Apparently disappeared into another dimension. After explaining the situation multiple times to different employees, no one knew what was going on and the only “solution” was refunding points. This location is consistently disorganized and clearly doesn’t value customers’ time. Sucks because Cfa is literally known for their customer service but this one restaurant must be different or at least held to a different standard. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

    Every single time we come here, there’s an issue. They’ve forgotten one of my meals. I trust them enough to not check my bag before I go but I drove all the way home until I noticed. Maybe I should’ve checked the bag before driving off but I honestly shouldn’t have to. They never give me sauce. Also don’t everrrr do the “mobile thru” bc they will take at least 30+ mins to come out. And then you complain and all they say is “sorry for the inconvenience”. CFA has always been known for their customer service being top tier but this location…. Worst CFA ever :/.

    The worst chick-fil-a service ever. I placed the order via their app for a drive through and pulled over to the line. I gave my name and told her I habe a drive through order via their app. She said go ahead to the window. I knew that was wrong as she did not move my order to their queue. When I pulled to the window for pick up, they asked me my name four times, by three people who were at the window, and after that they asked me to park at the parking lot and wait. This is after close to 10 minutes wait on the drive through line. I asked them to please cancel the order and left. As I was leaving, I saw an older gentlemen with supervisor shirt directing traffic and thought I’d share my experience with him and told him what just happened! He could not hear me at first as he had very loud music on his cell in his chest pocket. Then he lowered the volume and I repeated what I just said earlier. He said, “Ok, I will let them know.”

    Alma álaniz which I know now is the manager provided rude customer service I ordered a drink and wanted to redeem points for a chicken sandwich and fries I’ve been a customer for a long time and have accumulated over 10k points when I got to the window she told one of the workers did I not order in spanish and made it seem like it was a problem that I wanted to use my points as I’m speaking to her trying to teach her that that is not polite to talk about people in the window not knowing their ethnicity physically I am black but I am an Afro Latino (Colombian)I speak and read Spanish fluently she’s walking away while I’m talking to her so I asked the window guy if she’s the manager and to tell her to come back I told her do not walk away while I’m speaking to her I am a customer she tried to demean me for using my points and then she does not need to be speaking Spanish when there is a lot of American employees that don’t understand what she’s saying she spoke about me in a negative manner because it wasn’t positive so there is no telling who else she’s doing that to in there and as a customer I also don’t appreciate her walking away from me while I’m trying to teach her that’s not ok she is not professional and should be reprimanded for this discriminating type of behavior very rude
