  Every since remodel, food quality has went down hill as well as the HIGH chick fil a standard of excellence. Attention to detail is a 0. Making sure customers orders are correct and not missing items is a 1 on a scale of 10. This use to be my go to location, now will skip and go out of my way to uvalde location all together.

  Never fails to amaze me how Chick-fil-a can get 25 cars thru a drive thru line while everyone else in town can only manage 5 or 6 if they're lucky!!

  This is by far the best Chic Fil A I have been too and I’ve been to many! From Pasadena, Houston to Florida! I decided to stop by because I was near the area to get some breakfast with my two girls, and needed time to pass by so my girls can play in the toddler area, it was super clean! As soon as you walked in they greeted me so nicely, I felt so welcomed. Food was great and arrived quickly!

  I am a long-time Chick-fil-A loyalist, but my experience on 4/3/2026 (Good Friday) was far below the brand’s standards. After realizing an 8ct nugget was missing from our order during my son's 1st birthday dinner, I called the store and spoke with a manager, Jasmine. She was very helpful, apologizing for the error and offering two milkshakes along with the missing 8ct nuggets to make up for the inconvenience of me having to drive back. However, the experience soured upon my return: • Unprofessional Behavior: When the drive-thru attendant (a very polite young man) went to verify the replacement with a female lead/staff member (identifiable by a slicked-back bun), she responded loudly and dismissively, shouting, “There is no way!” in front of customers. • Lack of Empathy: Being made to feel like I was "scamming" for free food when I was simply following a manager's specific instructions was incredibly insulting. • Result: By the time this was resolved, the rest of my family’s meal was cold. I requested fresh fries to replace the cold ones, but the overall atmosphere of the interaction had already ruined our celebratory dinner. I hope local leadership reviews the surveillance or speaks with the team working at 7:45 PM regarding professional communication. Chick-fil-A is known for "Second Mile Service," but this interaction was a major step backward. I’ll likely be taking my business to the I-10 location moving forward.

  * Muy mala gestión con repartidores (DoorDash/UberEats) "Es increíble que siendo un lugar de comida rápida, se nieguen a dar bolsas de plástico para transportar los pedidos. Los repartidores también somos clientes y ayudamos a aumentar sus ventas. Tengo mi propia nevera térmica en el carro, pero a veces la orden es muy grande o el empaque original es necesario. Son el único restaurante que pone problemas y, además, nunca tienen porta vasos para las bebidas Falta empatia y mejores suministros para el servicio a domicilio"
