Doesn't seem smart with how busy they get. The lines are really bad now and takes forever to get your food. Before it was a well oiled machine and now it's pretty bad. I love Chick-fil-A too. I tried to give them time but it's been 3 months since the change and they're still really slow and seems like food is not the same quality either.

That new crew has been here for 2-3 months and somehow it takes at least 15-20 mins to get my mobile order from this location. I am currently sitting in front of the restaurant and there is a mob of 40 people waiting for orders at 1:30 PM on a Wednesday. We have started eating at other places in The Highlight because Chick Fil A is just not worth a 20 min wait. There used to be a crew led by Bailey that would have our food ready immediately.
