I ordered a Coke Zero and I got Diet Coke. The order came out to $14.83 (for one adult!), and I can’t get a refund, only a reward to get food at the restaurant again. I am a bit disappointed in Chick-fil-A. The quality has gone down, the prices have gone up, and it is frustrating. If I am paying a premium, my order being wrong makes me think it’s time I take my business elsewhere.
