  Since the remodel and reopening, this location has gone completely downhill. My kids eat here at least twice a week, so this is based on repeated experiences not a one-time issue. Orders are consistently wrong. There’s little to no attention to detail, and even the simplest add-ons are missed regularly. At this point, you have to check everything before leaving or expect to drive back to get it fixed. On my most recent visit, I ended up making multiple trips there and back because the order was wrong again. After all that time and gas, I was offered a $0.76 refund for the missing item. That doesn’t even begin to cover the inconvenience of driving back and forth, especially with gas prices being what they are. I also spoke with the assistant director, Tyler, and the response felt completely dismissive. There was no real effort to resolve the issue beyond that minimal refund, and no accountability for the repeated mistakes. If this is the level of management and quality control, it explains why the experience has been so consistently poor. This location is no longer worth the time, money, or frustration.

  Today my husband and I visited this chick-fil-a location and the service was not up to chick-fil-a standards. We ordered chicken sandwiches and asked for no pickles. Upon receiving our food both sandwiches had pickles on them. Also, the Mac and cheese was dry not creamy like normal. The drive through line goes around the location, but there is a sign stating to pull up past the window. When our food was brought to us the employee had a drink carrier, but she did not state to only grab the drinks then had an attitude when my husband grabbed the carrier. The atmosphere was great clean bathrooms, clean eating area, and plenty of parking.

  I was doing door dash for my customer here and I've waited almost 30min just for them to tell me that they gave the order to a completely different driver and then told me they can't make the order again, I didn't get paid for that dash and my customer was upset very

  We Enjoy coming to the Copperfield location. My kids feels comfortable when we’re dining in. The best perk is Camila and her team!! They truly give back to the community and have great things for the children every week. The whole environment here is awesome! We really do try to come every week!
