My issue with this location is they get my order wrong more often than not. They seem to most frequently mistake my sons regular nuggets instead of the grilled we ordered. Now, as of late, they have been forgetting the sauce for my salad and wraps. These mistakes are not done without a burden on us when we get all the way to our destination before finding out since there is no option to return.

Even when they can’t fulfill a request, they make an effort to make the customer feel valued. Today, I visited this Chick-fil-A with the intention of spending a significant amount of money. However, I was informed that I couldn’t have fries without salt. While this was understandable, the way I was spoken to made me reconsider my decision to patronize this location now and in the future. I understand that this may not have any impact on the store owner, but I felt that other customers who may have dietary restrictions or are planning to spend money there should be aware of the decline in customer service at this location.
